Start with quick isolation tests. Changing several settings at once makes the real cause harder to find.
Test two or three different streams. Then test another normal internet video service. If everything buffers, investigate the connection. If only one stream fails, note its name and time for support.
Run a speed test on the same device or as close to it as possible. Aim for at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K per stream, plus headroom for other household activity. Stability and latency matter as well as peak speed.
Use Ethernet where possible. Otherwise move to 5 GHz Wi-Fi near the router, pause large downloads, restart the router and avoid crowded repeaters. Do not perform a factory reset unless simpler steps fail and you know the ISP settings.
Restart the device, close unused apps, free storage, update the operating system and player, and clear only the player cache—not its data—if you understand the difference. Try a lower stream quality to isolate decoding or bandwidth limits.
Give support the device model, player name, connection type, measured speed, affected category, error message, time and whether other streams work. Never post credentials or playlist URLs publicly.
