Before you begin
A supported MAG Box model with current system software and enough free storage.
Allow roughly 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K per active stream, with additional headroom.
A compatible IPTV player plus the private access details supplied by Silk IPTV.
Connect the MAG device to the television and network, then open the system settings. Record the device information support asks for and use only the portal details supplied for your account.
Enter the portal URL in the appropriate server or portal field, save settings and restart the portal. Menu names vary between MAG firmware versions.
Ethernet is strongly recommended. Keep firmware current from legitimate sources and do not publish the device MAC address or portal URL.
Test multiple streams. If one source has an issue while others work, report the exact category, time and error to support instead of changing every setting.
